Clas Ohlson aims to make home improvement accessible, sustainable, and fun for everyone!
The challenge was to increase sales and implement the brand position, supporting Clas Ohlson in their mission to help their customers live a more sustainable life at home.
The concept idea was “Your coach for smart solutions in a sustainable, simple, and fun everyday life.” To realize this, we updated the assortment strategy and store layout. We enhanced the experience through an updated interior toolbox. All new additions could be integrated into the existing system, creating a sustainable and cost efficient update. The in-store communication included both smart product guides and inspiration on how to do smart DIY projects and take care of your items at home.
