Hemfrid is Sweden’s first and largest company offering home- and family services. Hemfrid was founded in 1996 and has since made everyday life easier for thousands of households while creating job opportunities for employees from all over the world. As the founder of the segment for household-related services and the mother of the RUT-deduction – Hemfrid clearly is a pioneer in its industry.

A challenge that Hemfrid was struggling with, was aligning the brand's visual identity with their high-profile approach and well-regarded reputation as a reliable service provider. Both quality and range of Hemfrid's services had been constantly improving and developing since the company's founding. At the same time, the visual identity had not really kept up with the business development and thus did not do Hemfrid's offering justice.

By capturing and strengthening the company's core values, we created a new identity matching Hemfrid’s rich heritage – yet being both innovative and modern. The assignment included working on the company’s visual, photographic and linguistic identity and to develop a series of packaging solutions for Hemfrid’s own eco-friendly cleaning products. The result is an identity proudly made for a company that managed to turn itself into a thought leader in a self-created business area – and still is today.
