Grev Tureplan

Sober and timeless

Details

Vasakronan is Sweden’s leading property company with a portfolio comprising 166 properties with a total area of 2.4 million square metres. This assignment was for a property in central Stockholm.

Take a sleeping gem, hiding in plain sight close to Stureplan, to a premium office product, a proud neighbour to the royal theatre and classic Östermalm.

Grev Tureplan, Vasakronan’s state-of-the-art property, is a building of neoclassical Swedish Grace architecture from 1936, designed by architect Gustaf Clason d.y. The goal is to enhance one of Stockholm’s flagship locations with modern office spaces and street-level premises for trade and restaurants. The 7,000 square meters span 7 levels, featuring unique details like a private courtyard, king’s balcony, and period-specific embellishments. The property will accommodate 300-550 workplaces and offer 1100 square meters of retail and restaurant space at street level in Stockholm’s prime quarter, Sturekvarteren.
